On the 5th of March at 6 pm the photographer Claudia Heinermann will present her latest photo book 'Siberian Exiles - Part 1 Lithuania' in the auditorium of the National Art Gallery. The panel speakers are: Professor Vytautas Landsbergis, Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Lithuania Bonnie Horbach, Head of 'Mission Siberia' Arnoldas Fokas, representative of the Museum of the Occupation and Freedom Fighters Ramunė Driauciunaitė, Head of Lithuanian Photographers' Association Gintaras Česonis and photographer Claudia Heinermann.Find out more >
Education center is organizing various events for children, young people, school groups, families, adults and people with disabilities. We have a program raging from guided tours to workshops, meetings with professionals in art field, summer camps for children, integrated science and art lessons at the gallery.

Following preventative measures against the spread of
coronavirus, on 13 March - 13 April 2020, the National Gallery of
Art will be closed for visitors. All events scheduled for this
period are cancelled or postponed.

Closed on Mondays and national holidays.
Closing time is one hour earlier on the eve of the national holidays.
Gallery is fitted for the needs of disabled people and families with carriages for children.

Take bus No. 30, 43, 52, 56, 89 or trolleybus No. 9, 19 to reach the gallery (exit at 'Nacionalinė dailės galerija' stop). The gallery is easily reached from the centre of Vilnius across the White or Green bridges.
The way to a parking-lot leads from Konstitucijos avenue or Upės str. (the way nearby "Forum Palace" currently is closed). The gallery car park is free of charge
Entrance fee -5,00 €
On the last Sunday of each month, the gallery is free of charge.
Pupil, student and OAP - 2,50 €
Child under 7, disabled, ICOM member - free.
Please note, that tickets are available till the last half of an
hour before closure of the gallery.
