Children's Food Design Festival "Future Food 2224 - What Does Creative Person Eat?"
From October 27 to November 10, the National Gallery of Art will host a Food Design Festival for children, inviting discussion on the future of food, consumerism, sustainability, and ecology. The festival combines contemporary art, scientific research, and creative processes into a multidisciplinary program with lectures, workshops, and an art installation, encouraging participants to explore how and what we will consume in the future.
The festival raises the question of whether food can foster a synthesis of art, science, and technology. It invites attendees to consider the significance of everyday choices and imagine food's role in the future world: nourishing our bodies, inspiring our minds, and shaping our culture.
