International Conference 'Migration-Art-Museum'

The participants of the conferece will discuss the different approaches to diaspora art, to discuss the processes of (e)/(im)migrating art, the migration of artists, works of art, and ideas. Works that have been created abroad raise important social and political questions about personal status, foreign/home production, legitimacy, and identity. The traumatic experience of society and the individual, and the reaction to liberation and nostalgia, are also aspects relevant to the discussion.
